What are you missing or what could be improved?

In regards to email, and I might have missed this, but you mention ProtonMail being end to end encrypted. Isn't this only half true as once it leaves ProtonMail, it is plaintext such as ProtonMail to Gmail? Also while encrypting the body of the email is possible with GPG, it requires the receiver to have the key already and this doesn't do anything about the email headers, so while someone like google may not know what the email is about, they know who, where, when the email was sent. I feel like there is a lot of information missing from that portion. Again, I may have missed this as I was only skimming.
