What are you missing or what could be improved?

Overall, the websites' readability & legibility can be improved

• Readability: The website is written by non-native speakers. Some parts of the website use clumsy or convoluted wording.

• Legibility: the layout hasn't been optimized by graphic designers.

What is the solution you'd like to see?

Readability:

• Get native speakers to proofread
• Quickly make your point
• Use simple words
• Use short sentences
• Use short paragraphs, 4 to 5 sentences
• Use statistics, figures, illustrations
• Use sub-headlines
• Use bullet points

Legibility:

• Use the right font/typography
• Use a large font size, approx. 18 - 22px
• Use a line height of approx. 24px (approx. 1.5 times the font size)
• Use stark contrast between text & background colour
• Use narrow lines, 60 to 80 characters
