Unexpected scrollbar behavior

I'm not sure if this is a feature request or a bug report, but the scrollbar does not behave like a scrollbar. If you grab the handle and drag it up or down to scroll the document up or down, the handle goes the opposite direction as if you grab the document itself instead.

If this is the intended behavior, please change it to how scrollbars have worked in the past few decades—it's all but intuitive. If you keep this behavior for the document itself, that's fine, I'd appreciate that, but fix the scrollbar, please.
