The menu opened in creative by right-clicking a nether star has many broken items, probably because it's barely used by anyone: 1. The toggle visibility item is broken and tries to use the broken command _/togglevisibility_ 2. The pet selector item runs _/pet_ which is probably supposed to be _/pet gui_ 3. Every server item in the server navigator is runs a command that doesn't exist anymore
