Cannot warp while wearing a pet as a hat

When wearing a pet as a hat, I cannot warp with:

• the Navigator compass
• /spawn
• /p h
• /p v
• /warp
• /tp
• /tpa
• /tppos

I have tested these in CKC, Game Lobby and Creative.
