Profile memory usage

When running kuepfer-tor experiment on a cluster via mainTor with nmont = 1e5 and nelip = 5e4 the submit node runs out of memory (16 GB). Doesn't happen yet with nmont = 5e4 and nelip = 1e4.

First: re-check the memory consumption, now that issues #4 (closed), #20 (closed), and #24 (closed) have been resolved.
