Node servers for supported cryptocurrencies are missing

Context

Node servers connect wallets with blockchains and are required for users of cryptocurrency in general.

Problem

Documented (in workbook, website, Discord, and elsewhere) node servers do not exist.

Solution

Search for trustworthy, stable, and well maintained node servers and create a list.

The list should contain at least one localhost (127.0.0.0/16) or private (RFC 1918) accessible network to serve all the cryptocurrencies in use.

Note

Before deciding on servers to list, consider creating the network. It's possibly the only way to ensure high reliability, control, trustworthiness, stability, and maintenance.
