As a technical user I want to know which version of "Crossref" is running.

We can move toward "Crossref" as a single, versioned thing, made up of separate components, each themselves versioned.

Definition of done

• There is a versioned "Crossref" object.
• Users can see which version is running by visiting a certain URL / page on our site.
• Each version details which versions of the components are running.
• Automatic changelist available for each version
