As a member, I'd like to be able to update my resource URLs more easily (like the resource updates feature in wdf and metadata manager)

In the last year, support has received 1382 tickets marked with the "url_update" tag. Our support team invests a great deal of time assisting users through resource URL updates. Members frequently ask us if they can easily update these URLs themselves. We'd all like to explore that possibility.

• Available via a staging URL
