If there are issues with metadata, the public can report it to us. But we have to manually handle these, and then coordinate responses.

How can we improve it?
- Automated reporting mechanism. This could allow specific suggestions to improvements in particular parts of the metadata.
- Automated reviewing mechanism and case management for members. Allow members to approve or deny suggestions.
- Automated incorporating of suggestions into the metadata.
