What's the situation?

We allow bulk updates to DOI Resource URLs, but they are run manually by the support team. This is because if they went wrong they could cause serious problems at scale.

What does it make more difficult?

This is a toil item for the Member Experience team.

How can we improve it?

• Provide a user interface for members to upload their own, verify and inspect the changes before they run.
• Allow destructive changes to be easily reverted in the case of a mistake.
