User 'sphera' with a multitude of MM problems - unable to register content using their account
I have been struggling to resolve issues with the user 'sphera's account for quite some time. They do have some spelling inconsistencies with their journal titles (some do not match the title they previously deposited and that are in our admin tool). That said, it seems like something more than just journal title mismatches is plaguing their account. Perhaps it's volume of articles in their workspace?
Each time I log in, I see hundreds of articles in the deposit cart. When I try to remove them, so that I can work with the account, I get all kinds of problems - I remove some and then they all disappear or I'll remove some and Metadata Manager will go blank. The couple of times that I have been able to remove these articles from their deposit cart, I get a combination of 500 and title errors when I try to redeposit content one article at a time.
Can you take a look at what might be causing problems with this account?
Related to Alexey's comment from 12 Nov 2019, when I attempted to register these DOIs, I got a "TypeError" error message, although Metadata Manager is now showing that these DOIs have been accepted and registered with us. So, I'm not sure what or why that error messaging was thrown.
