Background
This has happened without any obvious cause. May be related to unpinned dependency?
Observed behavior
class jdk.internal.reflect.ConstructorAccessorImpl loaded by org.powermock.core.classloader.MockClassLoader @48fa0f47 cannot access jdk/internal/reflect superclass jdk.internal.reflect.MagicAccessorImpl
