backup command before and after not working.

What Happened?

When trying to set a command to run before a backup starts "say backup starting..." nothing is sent to the game or terminal when backup starts.

I am not sure the formatting to use multiple commands, or if there needs to be quote marks or something to make the command to input to the terminal.

Expected result

before and after backup commands should send to terminal, eg tps, say, kickall

Steps to reproduce

Change the settings on an existing regular backup to include a command for before or after.
