After performing backup I lose all servers and lose password. As if Crafty has been completely reinstalled.
Quick Information
- Operating System: Linux
- Install Type: Docker
What Happened?
Performed a third backup using the backup functionality in Crafty. Previous two backups were fine. On the third I received long error message in Crafty web page (see screenshot).
Upon closing the tab with the error text and clicking on Crafty Controller in CASAOS the same error message displayed with Crafty not showing.
Couldn't get back into Crafty via CASAOS.
Had to restart the device from SSH using reboot.
Casa OS loaded fine after I logged in but when I click on Crafty Controller I get the login screen and my password no longer works. I have to go to terminal in Casa OS to the default-creds file to get the password, like a fresh install would. When I enter this it loads up Crafty but all servers have gone. Even if I use the terminal and go to the servers folder nothing is present. Backups folder is empty too so the only way to get things back is if you had a backup stored externally to crafty. It is as if crafty was completely reinstalled.
Version of Crafty I have experienced this in v4.5.5 and v4.5.4.
Running on:
Description: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
Release: 24.04
CASA OS v0.4.15
