Uploading big ZIP Files fails

Hey, if i am trying to upload big server ZIP files like 400mb. The upload failes and the progress bar is stuck:

The only solution so far was to break it into smaller files like 30mb, but this is very annoying

I tried it on Version 4.5.4 and 4.5.5
