'anti-lockout-user' account — how to log in with MFA enabled?

I have had the MFA option enabled for some time. I forgot my password and activated the recovery using the 'anti-lockout-user' account, but since MFA is enabled, I can't log in to recover my account. So how can I log in using the 'anti-lockout-user' account?
