Support Java Versions in Arch Linux

Problem Statement

Arch Linux is on the supported operating system list, however alternate Java versions are not automatically parsed and used for the config tab's Java Override setting.

Who will benefit?

Anyone who has Crafty installed on Arch, users of Arch Docker containers (Docker Native, Unraid, Proxmox, etc.)

Benefits and risks

What benefits does this bring?
    - reduced friction for Arch users of Crafty Controller
    - extend functionality

What risks might this introduce?
    - May result in changed behavior for Debian users with non-standard installations

Proposed solution

Add an automatic fallback for update-alternatives which is specific to the Arch Linux java environment
