Change Password/Username changes

Summary

Currently users can inadvertently change their username or password based on form autofills. I would like to move them from the edit user form to a bootbox that would pop up in panel config. The edit password button would prompt a bootbox that would require the user to input the current password if the user they are trying to edit is self. The username field would just pop up a bootbox field.

Priority/Severity

• High (This will bring a huge increase in performance/productivity/usability)
• Medium (This will bring a good increase in performance/productivity/usability)
• Low (anything else e.g., trivial, minor improvements)
