Add download and upload options for folders.

Problem Statement

What is the issue being faced and needs addressing? You can't upload or download folders from crafty server, meaning for example if I'd like to upload a world to an existing server I am unable to do so because I can't upload folders only individual files. Downloading folders is not as big as a problem as you can use the backup option to download them to your computer, more so uploading them can be an inconvenience.

Who will benefit?

Will this fix a problem that only one user has, or will it benefit a lot of people I think it'd benefit a lot of people, it can't be that uncommon to wanna upload a folder to your server and or download one.

What benefits does this bring?
    - reduced support issues
    - extend functionality

What risks might this introduce?
    - Not too sure, maybe slower network speeds? Can't think of any problems this might cause.

Proposed solution

How would you like to see this issue resolved? Adding a "upload folder" option instead of just upload files, same way around with downloads.

Examples

Are there any examples of this which exist in other software? People with FTP server access would not have this problem, but for me personally I got crafty to avoid using FTP and remotely control my server.
