New modded/forge server creation stuck on "Importing..."

What Happened?

A brief description of what happened when you tried to perform an action

Attempts to create a new modded/forge server all get stuck on "Importing..." I do see a popup in the top right corner saying "executable download finished", but that's it. "Start" button is not available - covered by "Importing..." message.

I was unable to find any error messages in the logs.

Expected result

What should have happened when you performed the actions Server should build and be available to start

Steps to reproduce

List the steps required to produce the error. These should be as few as possible

1. Click "Create New Server"
2. Choose Server Type = "modded"
3. Choose Server Select = "forge"
4. Choose any server version (tried 1.12, 1.15, 1.18, 1.19, 1.19.3)
5. Specify server name "Test"
6. Click "Build Server!"
