Crafty controller doesn't echo backup progresson to chat anymore

Problem Statement

I like the server to tell me about the start and end of backups in game rather than having to check the dashboard. I was told it used to be a feature in version 3 of crafty, got removed in version 4 based on community feedback.

Who will benefit?

- Single player dedicated servers or small servers.
- Casual players, home servers, non-professional administrators.
- Any community where the admin is also a player of the server.

Benefits and risks

Benefits :
    - It would help casual admins to keep an eye on their backups in game rather that checking the dashboard

Risk :
    - It could make the majority of professionnal server admins un-happy to see this feature come back if it's default state is on.
    - May bring forth secutrity issues for bigger servers or public servers, maybe ?

Proposed solution

I would love to see this feature come back as an opt-in/opt-out checkbox that would be disabled by default. Maybe associate those chat messages to an op level so that only admins get those messages ?

Examples

I don't realy have any exerience with other server controllers as crafty is the one that i felt was the most complete and flexible.

Priority/Severity

Priority depends on what is the volume of home servers and single player dedicated servers that are runnig on crafty, in my own opinion this would be a "Low" as it's more of a comfort feature.
