Indentation gets screwy with raw string literals

When hitting enter after a line that includes a raw string literal, it incorrectly indents to the outer parentheses:

Let me know if this is an upstream problem, but I assumed it's unrelated to clang-format since after formatting it with clang format, it corrects the error:
