create block listing all child pages

make or find a dynamic block that will list all of the child pages of a particular page and be able to insert it into a block;

use case:

all of the branches on the locations page; so mike would only have to update the page titles and which would then be automatically rendered in the block; not needing to update the list twice (which will happen a lot with branch closures).
