Unsuccessful installation of lammps-cython

File "/home/qichen/anaconda2/envs/ml/lib/python3.6/site-packages/lammps/init.py", line 1, in from .core import Lammps ImportError: liblammps.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I do not have the root access. Also, I cannot find the location of this lib file and add it into LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
