Subreddit banner not collapsing

Subreddit banner not collapsing as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a subreddit
2. Scroll down so the "banner" on top collapses
3. Open a link or a picture
4. Go back and notice that the "banner" is not not collapsed anymore and can only be collapsed again by going all the way to the top and then scrolling down.
