Webcam + Production Server

The webcam option cannot be used while running in a production environment (tested using Apache2). The process that runs python and therefore would be accessing the webcam (/dev/video0 or w/e) is denied access to video devices.

No current fix. Leave it set to "None" if running in a prod environment.
