Open files in place deleted files
Sort of related to #2 (closed) which is closed.
If lxreader has to copy files into a private directory because of Google requirements, then it should pretend that it has opened the files directly even though it really copied them:
(Edit:)
Now that I think of it, my concern is mostly with the recent books list (or with automatically reopening a file when you restart). The recent books list should know if you last opened the book from the filesystem or the library. If you last opened it from the filesystem, deleting it should remove it from the recent books list, and modifying it should mean that opening it from the recent books list will import and open the modified version.
If you last opened it from the library, no effect. (If you last opened it from the recent books list, it remains in whatever last-opened-from status it already had.)
This may be too specific a feature to add, but I figured that suggesting it couldn't hurt.
