Improve TTS cleanup and number pronunciation

Current TTS output sometimes reads repeated punctuation (e.g. ……, .....) as “ellipsis ellipsis” and pronounces numbers with the letter “O” instead of “zero” (e.g. “one-O-one”). Please consider adding text normalization to collapse decorative punctuation and ensure correct numeric pronunciation. This would make poorly formatted ebook playback sound much better.
