Show utf-8 characters in iso-8859-1 files
I have an .epub where the HTML inside the epub claims to be iso-8859-1 but it contains UTF-8 special characters (mostly apostrophes and quotes). They display as sets of weird characters. If I manually unzip the epub, edit the HTML to replace the "charset=iso-8859-1" with "charset=utf-8", and rezip, the file now displays them as expected.
Technically lxreader is behaving correctly, but it would be nice if there was a way to say "force a file with a single byte encoding to be treated as utf-8 even though it isn't". Some readers including calibre seem to default to displaying such files as utf-8.
