Dark Mode

issue: I visiting the website quite often to quickly cope and paste some labels (so Ii don't mistype them ^^) But my GitHub is in dark mode and also I work often at evening in OpenSource repos So a dark mode would be quite handy so my eyes don't get stressed while switching from dark mode sites to this site 🙂

If it's okay, I could try to create a PR for that
