Fedora version mismatch

Hi,

I have a cluster that is currently on version 4.14.0-0.okd-2023-12-01-225814 which appears to be the latest one, yet I'm still on fedora 38 with kernel version 6.5.5-200. Since your pre-built images are for fc39 I'm puzzled - which version of OKD are you currently targeting?
