BUG: generated GS structures do not have calculator and energy

There seems to be a bug introduced when we switched to using MC for generating GS structure. I fixed the bug on not being able to print the energy of the generated structure (in update-doc branch). However, we still have to fix this issue to show the calculator as clease and embed the energy (not shown in db).
