Posting apply job output to the MR

The template now has an option to post the output of plan to a merge request. It would be nice if this could be extend to also post the apply job output. Ideally, the apply output should be posted as a threaded reply to the original plan comment to keep the discussion organized. Threading is preferred but not required.
