Additional scanner support (PHP, Docker, Terraform, Ansible)

Additional quality scanner support for PHP, Docker, Terraform & Ansible

Currently we are migrating code quality & security scans from SonarQube to our self-managed GitLab Ultimate instance. For security scans we can use the SAST scanning. For the code quality we want to migrate to this CI/CD Component. Therefore it would be very beneficial to add additional open source quality scanner for more languages.

Here is a list of which scanners would be helpful:

• PHP: PHPStan
• Docker: Haskell Dockerfile Linter
• Terraform: TFLint
• Ansible: Ansible-lint

These are just examples, there are several open source linters for this languages.
