AppIndicator is deprecated, should use ayatana-appindicator instead

As can be seen on https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=895037 and https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2018/03/msg00506.html , appindicator is deprecated, and libayatana-appindicator should be used instead.
