Rotate: accessibility: when switching between workspaces Compiz doesn't announce the new one

Hello all,

Environment:

• Debian Testing
• Compiz 2:0.8.16.1-11
• My shortcut to switch to the next/previous workspace are control + alt + left/right arrow

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the Orca screen reader
2. Switch to the next workspace

Result with Marco 1.22: When I switch to another workspace there is a window like the alt + tab switcher that permits to Orca to be informed of a switched workspace so Orca announces "workspae X then the window title".

Result with Compiz: Orca announces the new window but not the new workspace. It is important for a blind people to know that he has switched to a new workspace because he can switch by mistake and so he wouldn't be informed that he has switched.
