Coruption at vsync lines?

So I just installed Compiz-core on a Manjaro system from aur, it has a weird issue that some unknown glitchy effect appears on the top %20 of the screen, I tried to record it but it doesn't show up in the recordings. I believe it's about vsync. My cpu/gpu is "AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx" I can give further information if specified, I really don't know what info to give at the moment.
