Ultimate features playground for experienced community coder

As a community coder, I want to make an impact so I test my MRs in a safe sandbox agianst Ultimate features.

The problem

A ton of cool open issues touch Ultimate features. While local GDK allows to do coding and testing for anything, production verification is not a trivial thing.

Proposed solution 1

Regular boring pair programming with a community coder who has an Ultimate license for their local GDK.

Proposed solution 2

A sandbox space inside https://gitlab.com/community-coders with all the Ultimate tier benefits enabled for testing.
