Iterative Guide for new and enthusiastic community coder

As a community coder, I want to contribute so I follow a clear step-by-step guide to craft my first MR.

The problem

Google search gives me too many options and almost all of them are either boring or outdated.

Proposed solution

Curated illustrated step-by-step guide:

• create GitLab account
• install gdk for a community fork. Use GitPod in case you'd prefer to have fast cloud version.
• pick an easy issue to start
• make good well-defined MR
• follow the ~"Community Contribution" review and verification track
