How does commons.host handle Unicode (in filenames URIs)?

First, just want to say commons.host is frickin' awesome, thank you for this. Great idea, great implementation.

One thing though—I was playing around with the CLI tool, and I had a file called résumé.pdf—the tool seems to upload it fine, but I can't figure out what's happening to it. Using a browser or curl, its not any of resume.pdf, or r%C3%A9sum%C3%A9.pdf, or xn--rsum-bpad.pdf...

So not really a dupe of #4 I don't think. Are you doing are client or server side iconv or Unicode normalization on the strings of filenames or URIs that end up getting served?
