Admin UI is broken when deployed on a non-root path (3.15.0)
I have ran the same exact config with 3.14.0 and 3.15.0 I have set base_url to hostname/comentario
My comentario is behind nginx with a proxy pass behind /comentario location
On 3.14.0: I go to hostname/comentario and get my files as expected On 3.15.0: I go to hostname/comentario and get a forever loading screen.
Looking at the page's source: 3.14.0:

...This change to relative uri instead of absolutre makes it so the js chunks are pointed to hostname/comentario/en/comentario/en/comentario/chunkXXX.js, making comentario totally unusable
