Add and option to run the services without caddy to allow the use in offline networks

We need to allow users to run Colmena without a reverse proxy to use it in networks without access to internet.

• Change the init script to separate caddy logic
• Add mailcrab to the init script
• explain in documentation why we need to use mailcrab
