Links to other collective are broken

Consider this situation:

• Collective 1
  • Index-1
  • Page-1
• Collective 2
  • Index-2

On Index-2 add a link, "link a file" to Page-1.

Expected result
A link similar to: /apps/collectives/Collective 1/Page-1?fileId=1234

Actual result
Link to /apps/files/?dir=Collective 1&openfile=1234#relPath=../Collective 1/Page-1.md

The relPath is ok, but the files link is completly broken, as it is missing the collectives base directory, e.g. in my case the files app link would be: /apps/files/?dir=/Kollektive/Collective 1&openfile=1234. That would at least work, but push you out of the collectives app.
