Images don't diplay in view mode

WORKS : Image located in the Collective folder

When the image is located in the Collective folder of the page, the image is displayed. e.g.:

DON'T WORK : Image is located elsewhere

When the image is located elsewhere, the image is displayed in editing mode, but NOT in viewing mode. e.g.:

Clicking on the image will open the image in a new tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Image should display in viewing mode whatever the location is.
