Tutorial/02_GettingStarted.md not working.

We do not have sufficient agreement between tube, axial, and 3d codes.

Old Issue (fixed)

Energy is not conserved in Tutorial/02_GettingStarted.md in revision 3c23d1c6. The evolution looks reasonable, indicating that the issue is likely the energy being computed with a different potential than the evolution (probably get_Vknife()). Tracing a bit, this is likely because the state is not consistently passed through various places, so flags like state.initializing and state.t are not consistent.
