News and Gridelements - Flexform problems (TYPO3 10)

• TYPO3 10.4.3
• Gridelements: 10.0.0 (With new dataProcessing)
• News 8.3.0

When a news plugin is inserted inside gridelements, there are no flexforms settings under "$this->settings" in the controller, neither in fluid under "settings" available, because gridelements renders the flexform settings into the cObj.

Is this a problem which needs to get fixed by gridelements or news ?
