Show records that are not translated

I have a multilingual website and some jobs are only meant for a specific language.

If I have a job only for a certain language (English) without the default language (German), it will not be shown, regardless of the "config.sys_language_overlay" settings in typoscript.

And if I have a job with the setting "All", it will not be shown anywhere at all. Is it possible to make the extension consider the config.sys_language_overlay settings?
