[bug] footer cannot be loaded in all view, it breaks the layer of presentation

footer cannot be loaded in all view, it breaks the layer of presentation,

the layer of the login and index and the dispositions of the views are terribly different and that is why if a footer is created for one it breaks with the other

we must have a layering of views that do not break the loading of header view and/or footer view

we try to fix in part with commit 46c72809
