Import improvements made to the Fetch SDE at Ritsumeikan

Import the improvements made to the ROS 1-based Fetch SDE at Ritsumeikan into our Next SDE:

These improvements include:

  • Upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
  • Native Docker/GPU integration removing Nvidia Docker 2.
  • Support for Nvidia cuda base image instead of cudagl base image.
  • Several script improvements for better integration with ROS.
